Alexandra Maria Lara, a Romanian and German actress working in TV and film is well known for movies such as Rush as well as Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. She was the sole daughter of Romanian acting star Valentin Platareanu Alexandra stepped into the world of show business early, and ended up playing lead roles in different TV dramas before she turned 16.
