Aisling Bea
Aisling is a well-known Irish comedian that has been in the business for quite a while. Born in Kildare, Ireland on 16th March 1984. Bea was on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling Claiodhnadh, also known as Aisling "Bea", is an Irish actor and writer. Her birth date was the 16th of March 1984. Bea's professional career started in the year 2011 when she began her career as a comic after she appeared in small parts for Irish and British TV shows that began in the year 2009. In 2012, Bea was appearing on sitcoms or sketch comedy. She began appearing regularly in panel shows following the win of an award at The Edinburgh Comedy Awards. Between 2016 and 2017, she served as a captain for 8 Out of 10 Cats and a regular contestant for the follow-up show 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Her parents are Brian O'Sullivan and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her sister, was also born. The only female to be a winner of the show So You Think You're Funny in the year 2012. Bea Her maiden name, which is her birth name, is a tribute to her dad who died in the year 2000. Aisling Cliodhnadh, O'Sullivan is a Kildare woman who was born in Kildare. Her birth date was the 16th of March, 1984. She was the daughter of Brian O'Sullivan. Brian was a veterinarian for horses who took his own life when Bea was three years old though she was not told how he died until she turned 13. Bea chose to stage her name Bea to pay tribute to her father who passed away. She also wrote a 2017 article in The Guardian on her family's suicide story. Bea's mother Helen was also a jockey-trainer and former pro jockey, was the one responsible for taking care of her as well as Sinead. They were both passionate about horses, races and racing. Bea started her journey as a tour-guide for the Irish National Stud. However Bea realized at an early age that the race industry was not for her.
